How SpeakCircle collects and uses information to run live classes.
This Privacy Policy explains what information SpeakCircle collects when you visit our websites, create an account, reserve a class, or join a live Zoom session, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, password credentials, and profile information you provide.
- Placement answers: quiz responses used to match you to a class level.
- Billing records: reservation, hold, and charge status. Card details are handled by Stripe; SpeakCircle does not store full card numbers.
- Class activity: reserved class dates, join events, and support requests needed to operate the service.
- Technical data: basic device, browser, and usage logs needed for security and reliability. Marketing pages may use analytics tools where enabled, including Meta Pixel for ad measurement on speakcircle.ai and app.speakcircle.ai.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create and secure your account
- Run placement and show classes at your level
- Process holds and charges, and provide class access
- Communicate about classes, billing, and support
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations
Processors we rely on
SpeakCircle uses trusted service providers to operate the product, including Stripe for payments, Zoom for live class meetings, email delivery providers for transactional messages, and hosting/database providers for the application. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
CRM and school systems
When you become a member or reach key milestones, SpeakCircle may send limited membership events (such as signup or payment status, matched by email) to related school CRM systems so advisors can offer additional programs. We do not send full payment-card details to CRM systems.
Retention
We keep account, billing, and class records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may request account closure through support; some records may be retained where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can update profile information in your account, cancel a class reservation before joining, and contact support for privacy questions or deletion requests. Browser controls may limit analytics cookies where those tools are used.
